Motion
Now that you have completed the unit, what do you know about motion compared to when you started? How do things move?
Since we have finished learning about motion, I can say that I have learned a lot more than I knew before. Before starting this unit, I knew motion was when something waas moving, and when something had moved from one place to another or the distance had changed in better words. But upon learning about Motion, I have learned that motion is when an object has moved from one point to another, so the distance had changed. I also now know about how you can tell if an object is in motion by keeping a reference point. A reference point is usually an object that is not in motion, and while you are in motion, you look at the reference point to see if you are actually in motion or not. I also know a lot more about how things move, how you can calculate speed, acceleration, etc.
Things move when the distance of the object changes from a reference point, just as I have explained in the paragraph before. In order to tell if something is moving you can see from the outside if its moving, but if you were to be inside a car for example, you would look for a reference point and then see if you were in motion or not.
