The Dress Color?

The central idea that this article is discussing is how our eyes use context to try and guess what we are actually seeing. An example of this is "We don't take a perfect photo. We have limited information and use context to figure out what's going on." - Smith. Another example of this is when the article stated that "With so few details in the photo, the brain has to make guesses about the light when the picture was taken." I think based on these two piece of supporting text and other parts of the text, the main and central idea of this article is how surrounding information affects what we see.
