-I changed the color of the water.

-It changed it's state from solid to liquid. It can return to solid by freezing it again.

-Also changing the state from solid to liquid, it will return to a solid if I out it in the freezer.
Chemical Changes:

-The food was dissolved with acids and cannot turn back

-Flammability was used on the wood and it turned into ash. It can not return back into wood.

On your second physical change you said that the water froze and turned into a ice cube, which means it changed it's state and became a solid, but you could have also said the shape and texture of the water changed as well.
